Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026. SCENE is operated by ANREWAX DIGITAL SERVICES OPC. Contact support@anrewax.com for privacy requests. This policy covers the SCENE app, web player, embedded player and account services.

Account information

We process your name, email address, account ID, password hash and session records to create your account, sign you in, protect the service and handle account requests. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords. Sessions may contain IP address and device information. Credentials are not sent to website owners who embed SCENE.

Viewing, unlocks and creator content

We store account-specific episode unlocks so eligible episodes remain accessible across devices and web embeds. Ad request identifiers link one reward to one episode and account. We also store creator profiles, submitted drama metadata, episode references, review decisions, reports and blocked-content preferences. Creator display names and approved content are visible to viewers; emails, private drafts and account records are not part of the public creator catalog.

Why we use information

We use this information to operate accounts and streaming, verify subscriptions and episode rewards, deliver requested content, review creator submissions, respond to reports, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your name, email address or password to website publishers. We do not request contacts or precise location access.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts SCENE account services and database records, optimizes posters and, when configured, delivers creator videos. ANREWAX supplies the imported library and its media servers receive playback requests. Apple or Google handles store payments when purchases are enabled. RevenueCat receives your SCENE account ID and purchase information to verify subscription access. SCENE does not receive full payment card details. Google AdMob provides native advertising and consent tools. These providers may process technical logs, device information and information outside your country under their own policies.

Advertising and saved rewards

Free native viewers may see banners on browsing screens and may choose to complete a rewarded ad for an individual eligible episode starting at episode 6. Episodes 1–5 are previews for free-access dramas; Premium-only creator titles require Premium from the first episode. Live account unlocks are saved after a signed Google reward callback is verified. Test builds can save separately labelled test unlocks; these do not earn revenue or become production rewards. Google may process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location inferred from IP, diagnostics and consent choices for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. SCENE requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that Google collects no data. Verified Premium accounts do not request banners or episode ads.

Consent and permissions

SCENE checks Google consent availability before requesting ads and asks for Apple tracking permission where applicable. You may decline Apple tracking and still use eligible non-personalized features. Review available choices in Account → Advertising privacy and your device tracking settings. A consent form may not be required in every region. The creator file picker accesses the video you select. Motion respects Reduce Motion. You may change your password, block content, sign out and delete your account.

Web embeds

Website publishers can embed the SCENE web player. The player uses your SCENE account and checks the same subscription and saved-unlock rules; embedding does not grant access to locked episodes. New native AdMob unlocks are completed in the SCENE app. Browsers may block session cookies inside third-party frames; open the player in a new tab to sign in. SCENE does not pass your credentials, subscription details or saved-unlock list to the embedding website. The website may collect its own visit information under its own policy. Media providers receive technical playback requests after access is granted.

Retention and deletion

Account information and saved episode grants remain while your account exists, unless you request deletion or the information is no longer needed. Reward request and callback proof records are removed by a scheduled job after seven days; saved episode grants remain separate. Deleting an account removes active account, session, creator profile, submission, reward, report and block records from the SCENE database. Creator media is placed in a durable deletion queue and removed by the configured video cleanup job. Store subscriptions must be canceled separately. Providers may retain transaction records, technical logs or backups under their policies and applicable requirements; contact support for the current provider retention arrangements. No creator bank or payout identity information is collected in this version.

Your choices and requests

Contact support@anrewax.com to ask about access, correction, deletion or processing of your information. We may need to verify account ownership before responding. Use Account → Delete account or the public deletion page for direct deletion. If you cannot sign in, contact support for assistance. We use reasonable technical controls including encrypted connections, restricted account access and password hashing, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Younger users and changes

SCENE is not designed for children under 13. Users below the age of legal adulthood should use SCENE with a parent or guardian who can agree to these terms. This creator program accepts general or teen suitable content; mature creator content is not accepted without appropriate age controls. We may update this policy as features or providers change, publishing the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
