Effective date: 5 October 2026. SCENE is a short-drama streaming service operated by ANREWAX DIGITAL SERVICES OPC. By creating an account or using SCENE, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and eligibility

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not share or sell access, impersonate others or bypass security controls. SCENE is not designed for children under 13. Users below the age of legal adulthood need a parent or guardian who can agree to these terms. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Watching and episode unlocks

Free-access titles offer episodes 1–5 as previews. Eligible later episodes require a saved account unlock from a completed episode ad or active Premium access. One completed ad is for the selected episode only. Closing an ad early or an unavailable ad does not unlock an episode. Live rewards require verification; delays may occur. Premium-only creator titles require Premium from the first episode. Test unlocks are labelled and do not become live rewards. Content availability can change for licensing, safety, removal or technical reasons; an unlock is not a promise that a removed title remains available forever.

Premium subscriptions

The intended Philippine Premium plan is ₱99 per month with no annual plan. Purchases are offered only when store billing is configured. The actual store checkout price, currency, period and any offer govern the purchase. Premium provides access to available Premium-labelled titles and removes native banners and episode ads while the subscription is active. It does not grant ownership of videos or permission to redistribute them. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store. Canceling stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Restore purchases with the same SCENE and store accounts. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store.

Embedding and personal viewing

SCENE player links and iframe embeds may be used to display the SCENE player on websites or in applications that comply with these terms. The player retains account and episode access checks. Do not remove branding, bypass access restrictions, extract playback tokens, rehost videos or imply that SCENE endorses your site. Embedding on unlawful or prohibited services is not permitted. Website publishers remain responsible for their own privacy notices and services. A published embed is not a sublicence to download or distribute the underlying video files.

Creator submissions

Creators retain rights to their submitted works. Submission gives SCENE permission to review the work and, after approval, host, display, promote and stream it through SCENE and its embedded player while published. Creators must hold the necessary distribution, performance and music rights and comply with the Community Guidelines. Creator uploads and publishing depend on enabled video services and operator review. Withdrawal stops publication; technical removal and cached or already issued playback sessions may take time.

Creator monetization

The proposed split allocates 80% of net eligible receipts to the creator pool and 20% to SCENE after applicable fees, refunds and taxes. Individual allocation, advertising attribution, payout schedules, identity checks and tax handling require a separate agreement and payment setup. No payout or guaranteed income arises merely by creating a creator account or uploading a video.

Prohibited use and enforcement

Do not copy, redistribute, scrape or sell videos without permission; evade access checks; interfere with infrastructure; submit illegal material; harass others; manipulate ads or fabricate reward callbacks. SCENE may restrict accounts or remove content for violations, rights claims, safety issues or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.

Account deletion

Delete your account in Account → Privacy & account → Delete account or through the online deletion page. Your current password confirms the request. Active account data and saved unlocks are removed; creator media is queued for removal. Account deletion does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions; cancel them separately before renewal.

Service availability and your rights

SCENE may change features and may experience interruptions. We aim to resolve problems but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or privacy law. Any limitation or enforcement action remains subject to those rights.

Updates and contact
