SCENE Support

SCENE is operated by ANREWAX DIGITAL SERVICES OPC. For account, playback, privacy, copyright or safety assistance, email support@anrewax.com.

Playback and embedded login

Include the drama title, episode number, device/browser and a brief description of the problem. If login is blocked inside a website embed, open the player in a new tab and sign in to the same SCENE account. Native episode ads must be completed in the installed app. Never send your password, payment card details or authentication codes to support.

Report a concern

Use Report and Block on the drama page in SCENE. For embedded content, send the episode link and concern to support. Rights holders should include the work concerned, the disputed link, contact details and evidence of rights.

Account deletion and subscriptions

Delete your SCENE account in Account → Delete account or use the online deletion page. Contact support if you cannot access your account. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Use Apple or Google subscription management to stop renewal and the store refund process for payment requests.
